Poor communication, missing parts, incomplete repairs I have a 2018 Impreza manual. Love the car. I have needed to get the windshield gasket replaced. Took my car down only to find out the wrong gasket w I have a 2018 Impreza manual. Love the car. I have needed to get the windshield gasket replaced. Took my car down only to find out the wrong gasket was ordered. The current problem is a leaking condenser. It's leaking behind the console and behind the carpet. I have taken it in and they cleared the blocked drain. Then I had to go back again to get the carpet replaced. No one told me it would take three days. I had a loaner so it wasn't a problem. Now I have the car back, and the condenser is leaking again. Very frustrated at this point More
