Too costly; poor communication. 1. My car came with many warranties, but in order to be inspected, after one year, there were several/many little adjustments and repairs, and it cost 1. My car came with many warranties, but in order to be inspected, after one year, there were several/many little adjustments and repairs, and it cost me over $500 for inspection. 2. Made appointment two weeks in advance. Brought it in on time before 0930 and got no update call until the next day at 0800. It was not ready for pickup until 5pm on day two. More

I anticipated needing an oil chang In preparation for an upcoming lengthy auto trip I visited Rafferty’s to make sure my Subaru was in good condition. I anticipated needing an oil change, tire rotation, topping off the fluids. These are Express Services so no appointment is necessary. The tires had been rotated and the oil changed a few months ago, but they did a thorough check because of the upcoming trip and determined that the tires and oil were fine. They also checked a scraped area on the right rear fender and determined that there was virtually no damage. The staff is very courteous, and the waiting area is very comfortable. It’s a bit of a ride for me to get to, but definitely worth it. More
