Underwhelming and disorganized I got a nail in my tire so I came in for express service. I paid for a service plan that covers nails in tires when I purchased my car. It took an extra 25-30 mins for them to track down somebody to override the 18 dollars. Had I known it was going to take so much extra time I would have just paid the 18 bucks. This was the best experience out of my 3 visits. Last time I came in for an oil change and I got my car back only to have it make horrible grinding noises. I had to bring it back and I never got an explanation as to why it was making the noise and how it was fixed. Unfortunately, I paid for a 2 year service plan with my vehicle so I will be back 2 more times. 1 star. More

Worst customer service ever!!! I arrived at my appointed time. Guy at a desk sort of looking through me. I look around and then ask where I check in. “Any desk inside is fine. It’s not my department.” So I go inside, where’s it’s a beehive of activity. No one even looks at me, much less asks to help me. I find someone not with someone else and asked if she can help me. She did. Said nice things, but then went out to do a visual inspection and checked out someone else’s car. I’d have never known it, except she wanted to do a state inspection and, knowing it wasn’t due, I asked to see the sticker. NOT MY CAR!!! There are lots of blue Outbacks, so you’d think maybe she’d be matching VINs or something???? We spent 2 1/2 hours taking the car and dropping it off for the service and I will NEVER go there again. That’s the closest dealer, but I’ll go to one farther away. We moved here from South Georgia 2 years ago and I really miss the service we got at Proctor Subaru. Rafferty seriously needs lessons in customer service and organization/management. More
