I was mistaken that the heated seat was not working. Rafferty service could have charged me for this but they were honest and said it was working fine. Many people I kniw don't use the dealerships for car repair but I wouldn't trust anybody else. More
Service appointment information lost or forgotten I scheduled my service appointment online for 6/8/19 at 8:30a for a 66,000-mile service. I dropped my car off the evening before, using the new drive I scheduled my service appointment online for 6/8/19 at 8:30a for a 66,000-mile service. I dropped my car off the evening before, using the new drive-in area of the Service department. I was helped by a young man who took my keys and had me sign a form. He told me that I'd get a call the following day when my car was ready. Because I hadn't heard anything by midday, I call Service at 12:15p. The receptionist forwarded my call to Service and I ended up connected to a voice mailbox. I left a message and called back and the same thing happened, but I was connected to another person's voice mailbox. I left another message. I called a third time and finally got to speak to someone in Service. She took my name. She asked me what type car I have, when my appointment was and when I had dropped off my car. She couldn't find information about my car or service and put me on hold. When she came back on, it was clear that she just found my car and service appointment information, and it had been missed or overlooked. She told me that it would be done before closing and I would get a call. This is not the level of service I expect from Rafferty. More
