Jen is a superb sales person I had an uncomfortable experience at another Subaru dealer on Monday,May 6. My son-law, who had owned a Subaru dealership in Maryland, called Rafferty I had an uncomfortable experience at another Subaru dealer on Monday,May 6. My son-law, who had owned a Subaru dealership in Maryland, called Rafferty and spoke to Jen. He was positively impressed with her attitude. Jen drove what is now our new Forester to our home. My husband and I were able to test drive the vehicle on familiar roads. Within a few hours we had completed the purchase. If Jen had been aggressive, we would not have dealt with Rafferty. We are long time Subaru owners. We knew what we wanted to buy but need to find a salesperson who would listen to us without making us doubt our decision. Thank you Jen. To long of a wait I got there at 10 am to drop my car off for inspection and recal. I told them i was gonna wait. I watched my car come back to the garage around 12 or I got there at 10 am to drop my car off for inspection and recal. I told them i was gonna wait. But figured they were still working on it. so i waited till someone would come up and tell me car was finished that was my mistake. no one came. Finally at 2 pm after my car sat there for two hours i went up and asked is it done. they said Let me see . I watched the guy walk to my car open the door walk back and say oh your car is ready.. why did not anyone tell me at noon my car was done? Instead of me sitting there till 2 pm waiting.. No one told me or noticed my car sitting there for hours till i asked. worst time ever. And After paying all this money.. the rafferty subaru failed during that visit. More

I received a timely call from someone (sorry I can’t remember his name) who was very professional and explained the status of car and inquired as to some additional recommendations for repairs. He was great! He also walked me through the features of the loaner so I knew what I was doing! My car was done by the end of the day and washed which was great! More
