Jen is a superb sales person I had an uncomfortable experience at another Subaru dealer on Monday,May 6. My son-law, who had owned a Subaru dealership in Maryland, called Rafferty I had an uncomfortable experience at another Subaru dealer on Monday,May 6. My son-law, who had owned a Subaru dealership in Maryland, called Rafferty and spoke to Jen. He was positively impressed with her attitude. Jen drove what is now our new Forester to our home. My husband and I were able to test drive the vehicle on familiar roads. Within a few hours we had completed the purchase. If Jen had been aggressive, we would not have dealt with Rafferty. To long of a wait I got there at 10 am to drop my car off for inspection and recal. I told them i was gonna wait. But figured they were still working on it. so i waited till someone would come up and tell me car was finished that was my mistake. no one came. Finally at 2 pm after my car sat there for two hours i went up and asked is it done. they said Let me see . I watched the guy walk to my car open the door walk back and say oh your car is ready.. why did not anyone tell me at noon my car was done? Instead of me sitting there till 2 pm waiting.. No one told me or noticed my car sitting there for hours till i asked. worst time ever. And After paying all this money.. the rafferty subaru failed during that visit. More
