Improvements from old ways but still needs work I dropped my car off for two recalls. Checking my vehicle in was a breeze as well as receiving the loaner car. However, things fell apart after that. I was not notified my vehicle was finished Despite being told it would be done same day. When I called in the next day I was informed that my contact had left for the day, again without notifying me my vehicle was finished. After picking up my vehicle I noticed several scraps and scratches in the trim and dash. More

Good service, lost car registration. Good and timely service. However when I brought the car in I handed the man an envelope with written instructions on it and the keys and car registrat Good and timely service. However when I brought the car in I handed the man an envelope with written instructions on it and the keys and car registration inside attached to the recall notice. He said he did not need the envelope since he already had all the information on the order form. I replied that that keys were in the envelope, which he then took out. The bottom line is we never got the registration back, even though I called the next morning and I have not heard back since. More
