We first came in with the mission to compare the Outback with the Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot and Audi Q5. We had already test drove the other vehicles and were being pestered by the other sales people. Jen was a breath of fresh air. We test drove the Outback but were still undecided. About a month later, we returned to test drive the Ascent. Jen generously arranged with Kevin Rafferty for us to have an extended test drive over the weekend. This gave us a great opportunity to really experience the Ascent and convinced us that it was the car for us. The negotiation for the purchase was very easy. We were offered a very good price for our trade in. We ordered a vehicle directly from the factory with all the options we wanted. The car arrived ahead of schedule. It was a great experience from start to finish! More

Continued disappointment After having some previous issues that had not been fixed I was requested by rafferty Subaru to bring the car back in so they could attempt to fix the After having some previous issues that had not been fixed I was requested by rafferty Subaru to bring the car back in so they could attempt to fix them. Of the 4 issues that I have they only offered to “fix” one of them, a diagnosis that I and 3 mechanics that I discussed this with disagree with, for $1900. The appointment was a disappointment, which I expected, and mostly a waste of my time. More
