Hope this was a one time glitch I scheduled my 90,000 service about two weeks in advance. Liam, as usual called me to confirm my insurance information a couple of days before for my I scheduled my 90,000 service about two weeks in advance. Liam, as usual called me to confirm my insurance information a couple of days before for my loaner car. The scheduling department and Liam get 5 stars! When I dropped my car off at 8:20 for my 8:30 appointment the two service entrance drive in bays were completely full with 3 cars in each. I had to park into the 3rd bay which had a green entry light but is normally an exit lane. None of the gentlemen were in the drive up lanes to greet anyone and provide them with any paperwork. Normally there are two or three gentlemen there to greet you and take your car. I wandered aimlessly until I was directed to a service advisor who took my keys when he checked me in. Speaking of service advisors, I did not recognize any of the 8-9 service advisors that were working that day. They were all young and completely new. The only person I recognized was Danny the service manager (?) Who was the only person who actually greeted any of the service customers. My service advisor Willie, did not seem to have any clue how to work the computer and had a difficult time looking things up. I had scheduled the car for a 90K service but he seemed frustrated when I wanted to add breaks and an alignment to the service. He had to hand write it on the work order. When we went to the loaner car he had to "find" it since it was not in the service bay waiting, even though that was the car he initially went to. We had to go in the rain to find the car and he didn't complete a walk around of the vehicle before I left because it was raining. Willie kept me informed about my vehicles progress and had it completed by the end of the day, but I got annoyed when he gave me the total as 40 "cent" instead of "cents" I guess he knows 50 cent's little brother. Now that I moved down in the review I do not see my service advisor even listed. Where did all of the good service advisors go? More

Buying a car The gentleman who sold me my car was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Not once did he try to force anything on me. Rich was incredibly understanding of my strick budget and respected my budget. Again he was not aggressive but respectful. The gentleman who explained all the gadgets inside of the car also had a great understanding of the car. The reason I rated this experience as 4 is do to the fact I received my car with 128 miles on it a 3/4 of a tank of gas. This is the 1st time I have ever had that happen. Also, they kept trying to force me on a different salesperson who I did not enjoy my buying experience with during a prior visit. She did nothing wrong but we just did not bond and Subaru needs to realize that it is alright for people to not hit it off. Once I was able to stick with Joe Callahan as my salesman the experience really became better. More

Mike was knowledge about all of the Subaru models and easily answered all of our questions. We were able to test drive the car we were interested in and received a great deal on the car. We’re so glad to be part of the Subaru family and it’s all thanks to Mike! We’d highly recommend Rafferty and Mike to all of our friends and family. More
