Another poor interaction with Brent Knarr in Service Dept Between my husband and I, we have had 3 very poor service interactions with Brent Knarr. He does not belong in a customer facing position as he just Between my husband and I, we have had 3 very poor service interactions with Brent Knarr. He does not belong in a customer facing position as he just ruins the entire customer experience. I have never met anyone who could be any more rude, condescending, ignorant and brash. Whether on the phone or in person, every single interaction has you leaving the service department battered, bloodied and bruised when you interface with Brent for any service need. In 26 years of owning 9 Subaru vehicles, he is the last straw for us using Rafferty's Service Department on a go forward basis. Rafferty needs to make some changes as more Customers get tired of being rudely treated by Brent as if we are taking up his valuable time and smelling up the place with our disgusting stench. He could not be more full of himself. More
