His ability to compare the Subaru line (Crosstreck & Forester vs Ford Edge) was remarkable. He understood our needs and catered to them, understanding that we were not ready to make the move...just a few months left on our current Ford Lease. A 20 minute conversation and a walk around the lot together allowed us to hear about our options so we were more prepared to make a final decision. We will be back to work with him in the very near future and will absolutely be telling our family and friends to do the same. Definitely a refreshing feeling to know Rafferty has such talent.
