GREAT Experience! I had been on the market for a Jeep Wrangler for about six weeks and during that time had interactions with lots of dealers throughout a 100-mile radi I had been on the market for a Jeep Wrangler for about six weeks and during that time had interactions with lots of dealers throughout a 100-mile radius of New Orleans. These interactions ranged from VERY poor to Just OK. Until I found Rainbow in McComb. I reached out to them via the internet and after a very brief negotiation with Dana, the Sales Manager, quickly agreed on a VERY fair sales price. I then worked with John in Sales to get the necessary paperwork together and by the time I arrived at the dealership from New Orleans about three hours later, everything was ready. I met with the staff for about 30 minutes despite arriving after closing time, inspected the car, signed the paperwork, and then was out the door with everything I wanted. And to put the icing on the cake, I've received a text, email, and phone call from the staff since then to ensure that I was happy (and I definitely am)!. I can't recommend them enough. You really couldn't have asked for much more out of this transaction! More
