Good experience buying a new Jeep We started this in the internet and closed the deal by flying from Spokane to Seattle. The two people we interfaced with were Brenda and Matt Leavitt We started this in the internet and closed the deal by flying from Spokane to Seattle. The two people we interfaced with were Brenda and Matt Leavitt both of which made the whole process easier for us. The numbers made sense and it was the best deal we could find within 500 miles of our home. We have bought many new cars through the years but this one was the easiest and most pleasant because of Matt and Brenda. With the advent of technology comes the challenges of learning all of the cars capabilities but Matt sat with me and explained all of the main features and workings of the Uconnect system. In good faith, I recommend this dealership for the attention to the customer and the integrity they displayed when doing our deal. More
Worst buying experience. This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. I took my 2008 GMC Sierra in as a trade in KBB had the value between $6,850-8,500. which I expecte This was the worst buying experience I've ever had. I took my 2008 GMC Sierra in as a trade in KBB had the value between $6,850-8,500. which I expected a lowball offer like most dealers, they came back with an offer of $1,632. they told me they were going to wholesale the vehicle due to the check engine light, which I called OnStar and they told me the check engine light was due to the gas cap not being on tight enough. We went back and forth on the GMC trade in, I told them I was going to keep the trade-in in which they replied to me that they could refuse service to me, and used high sales pressure to get me to trade in the truck that they indeed wanted it as a trade-in. They came back and offered me $7,000. I agreed then they came back and rescinded the offer saying they would only do $4,000. I later learned that they kept it and are selling the vehicle for almost $11,000 stock #8Z183489. AS of 1/10/2018. I also came in with my own financing, they told me that they require a credit check and had me sign the form for them to pull my credit. They came back and said they would offer the same terms as I was originally offered through my bank, and that they weren't making any money on the sale that if agreed to finance through them that then they could make a $200 off the sale. and that they needed me to purchase the warranty as well. Before making the trip to the dealer i called because according to the website they had a rebate for USAA of $1,000 I called and asked what was needed to qualify for that they told me my insurance card would suffice, Only to learn that they wouldn't honor it with out the certificate, which is why i called ahead of time so i could be prepared. They instructed me that i could call USAA and get reimbursed for the $1,000.00 the next day I called USAA they said no i needed to do it at time of purchase. The finance manager called me the next business day and asked for my debit card that they needed additional money that the 10 day payoff quote was off, So i gave them my Debit card so they could correct it. I called them back twice and was told personally by an employee that the finance team would call me back about the Rebate, the finance team refused to call back. I got a survey in my email from Chrysler Capital, I filled it out and was honest. Well Rairdon's got a copy of the survey and asked me to redo it. I told them i had wanted my $1,000 rebate and in which they said they would honor it if i redid my survey. (once they had something to gain they were willing to try and work with me on something they should of honored from the get go) USAA instructed me that what they did was illegal in that they pressured me to use their financing when i went in with my own. that they could refuse service to me for not doing so. They also snuck into the paperwork a NSD key replacement for $345, in which I told them I didn't want, I felt very worn down and signed for it without realizing, which was my fault. I've since contacted the dealership asking them to cancel the warranties and am currently waiting to hear back from them if I do at all. More
Your typical dealership I came with financing arranged beforehand and specifically asked on multiple occasions not to run my credit to avoid unnecessary hard hits on it. Finance ran my credit by 8 (eight!) institutions separately without my consent. Upon politely inquiring why did he do that he said he could give me a better rate. His "better" rate turned out to be double of what I had pre-arranged. Then the finance guy forgot to give me my temporary registration. Tried to contact him for 3 days and then just gave up. I would not recommend the place to anyone because the place is run like a mess. More
