After submitting a poor corporate office survey I was told I would get a refund but ONLY if I resubmitted the survey with all 10 ratings. I declined the offer and thus did not get the refund. The dealership’s website 5-star ratings claim, as well as the other DealerRater reviews, are suspect when you look at all of the Yelp poor reviews. I suspect that DealerRater’s revenue is primarily from dealerships and therefore does not disclosure all poor reviews. I would give zero star rating here, or even negative, but a one star is minimum requirement, which is another tip off that this site is biased. More

Waiting, Waiting, Waiting I was prepared. I had a pre-approved TrueCar Certificate, and more than enough money in my bank account to pay cash. I like Rich Regan at Rairdon's. I was prepared. With the help; of the sales Manager, we were able to put together a fair deal on a very nice 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. Service before meeting each other included several email messages and just a couple of nice phone calls. After the sale, Rich's follow-up has been perfectly appropriate. Be prepared for taking WAY TOO MUCH TIME. Like every other dealership I have ever been in to buy a car, once you hammer out an acceptable agreement, there will be several more hours of waiting for 3 other people to get their act together and when you are done with one, you wait for the next one, who will send you out to wait while your new car is washed, and you wait and wait and wait. I paid all cash for a brand new car. When I bought my last apartment building, the entire closing process only took 35 minutes. I will never understand why auto dealerships cannot seem to be prepared to review the paperwork, and have everything ready within 15 minutes. Hey, there is a concept, maybe I should get into the car business and show these people how to expedite the sales process. None of us wait 3 hours to buy food - even at a very busy restaurant, or clothes or shoes. Go buy a boat for cash and you are out the door with your new toy in less than a half hour. Just be ready to spend the whole day, particularly if you need their financing deal. Tom B. More

They are just smoke and mirrors or a 'false positive' to deal with social media complaints. My complaint was met with a canned response that was not at all relevant to my complaint. The responses you see to customer complaints are probably from a bot. The fact is they do not have a legitimate customer relations department. Don't believe me - try asking for them. Call their corporate headquarters number and you will get a fax line. They genuinely don't care. The problems are systemic and are obviously embedded throughout their corporate culture. Though their dealer web site boldly states they are a 5 star dealership - the actual fact they are a 2 1/2 star dealership. Per Yelp - they have nearly double 1 to 3 stars than 4 or 5 stars. To translate this to a letter grade - it would be a C- and I think that would be generous. There are other Jeep dealerships throughout the Puget Sound area. Avoid this one! More
Express oil change is NOT express I was promised that an EXPRESS oil change would not take more than 1 hour, 1 hour fifteen minutes tops. (Not very EXPRESS). In fact, I did not get out of the dealership for 1 hour & 30 minutes. I had checked at 1 hour & was told it would only be a few minutes more. When I checked again at 1 hour 15 minutes, because I was running late for a Doctors appointment, I was told that they had charged me for a new battery which I had declined & I was told that the holdup was caused by waiting for the battery credit to my bill be approved. Not a happy camper that day Update. I took my car to the Les Schwab Tire Center and had them check the battery that this dealer told me need to be replaced. Guess what, they said the battery was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. More

WARNING!!!!...Do NOT buy or service your vehicle here We bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Rairdon. Within 5000 miles of leaving the lot the engine light came on (error code P0304- cylinder 4 misfire). I w We bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Rairdon. Within 5000 miles of leaving the lot the engine light came on (error code P0304- cylinder 4 misfire). I was sucked in to getting a diagnosis at the service department with a 30 minute "free" diagnosis coupon. After making arrangements and dropping the car, I received a phone call from them telling me that it would be 2.5 hours to DIAGNOSE the problem at over $150 per hour (2.5 hours to check the spark plug, wire and coil). I instead took the car to a Jeep specialist, they put in new plugs, coil pack, etc for half of what Rairdon wanted to charge me. The engine light did NOT go off, but this mechanic found a STAR case, meaning that this was not an isolated problem. The STAR case said the next thing to check was to replace the lash adjuster and roller finger follower. I took the car back to Rairdon for a price, they quoted me $1487 !!!! More
