Safety inspection There’s nothing like feeling safe while driving. I got a new set of tires a couple months a go ( at a different location) and ever since then, my car There’s nothing like feeling safe while driving. I got a new set of tires a couple months a go ( at a different location) and ever since then, my car just didn’t felt right. I thought it was maybe do to just having bigger tires. Last week I took my car to Rairdon’s cause it was due for an oil change, they were kind enough to let me use one of their cars while they were working on mine. After they did a safety inspection they found a couple of things that needed to get fix. Once I got my car back, I couldn’t believe how smooth the drive was! It literally felt like a brand new car. Thank you for always being so reliable :) More

Supercharger replacement in Hellcat Tough one to diagnose, took a couple of visits to get it solved but ultimately they solved it. These guys are way better than the Bellevue option. More

Service Manager disappointing I find the dealership, the service agents, the mechanics and the shuttle driver to be exceptional, so I was perplexed when I waited at the counter to I find the dealership, the service agents, the mechanics and the shuttle driver to be exceptional, so I was perplexed when I waited at the counter to pick up my vehicle while the cashier had stepped away, and the Service manager stayed in her office and didn’t make an effort to assist. I even asked someone to help, he asked the manager, she just said to him that the person would be back shortly. Well I was there in clear view for 10 minutes. When the sole service agent became free, he immediately helped, and I was on my way in 1 minute. The Service Manager should add customer service to her goals for 2019. More
