I had very very bad experience in this dealership. They are very dishonest and liers particularly the manager, Terry, and Director of financing, Robert. While I was financially approved for car loan by Capital One at the rate 2.5% for 72 months and I did show them the letter of approval from the bank, the manager, Terry, told me that doesn't mean anything and we will submit your application and get the actual rate for you. He came back and told me your rate is 10% with Capital One, but our rate for you is 9.9%. I was not able to check with my bank because they close on Saturday. On Monday i called Capital One and they told me they gave me the exact rate of approval (2.5%) to the dealership. When i found out how dishonest the manager and Robert and his teams are, I didnt buy a car from them and I went to downtown Bellevue Jeep dealership and did buy one. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I think Rairdon's is able to offer some of the best pricing because as a dealership they choose to only sell the highest quality new/used vehicles. What I'm trying to say is their pricing brought me in to test drive the truck and their sales team( specifically Elle Bush) sealed the deal with great customer service and genuine concern for my familys needs. Great buying experinece I was looking at buying a new Dodge Challenger. I test drove a couple of them over a few days. When I was unsure of a couple of things on one of them, I was looking at buying a new Dodge Challenger. I test drove a couple of them over a few days. When I was unsure of a couple of things on one of them, the salesman said "let's test drive the other one again right now so you can compare". He wanted to make sure I got the "right" car for me, rather than just "sell" a car. When finalizing the sale, they did not try to add anything back in that I had said earlier that I didn't want. When buying cars elsewhere in the past, I usually had to have them remove certain items that they had added in. The guy doing the walk through with me was also great and patiently answered all my questions. He then gave me his card and told me to reach out if I had any further questions later. Everyone from the sales people, to the sales manager and finance guy were very pleasant. This was one of the best (and most enjoyable) experience I have had in buying a new car. More

Excellent experience... The only reason why they lost a star from me is because of what happened at the end... Typo? Maybe...possibly... Here was how my experience went: The only reason why they lost a star from me is because of what happened at the end... Typo? Maybe...possibly... Here was how my experience went: I had done an immense amount of research on the Jeep grand Cherokee Trailhawk - after months of research and carefully watching prices, Rairdon Dodge had put forward a sale that was unlike what I've seen before. The prices were incredible. And I truly mean -- incredible. These were the online prices, of course, so going in may have been a different story ... To my first great impression, they came forward with the exact internet price. Kudos! No arguing, no adjusting, no crazy stunts... simply just came forward with the sale price. I've never seen a dealer be honest in this. Following this, negotiation time came. Normally very painful, tedious, long, and honestly stressful. Not here. Rairdon Dodge did a good job - it was a simple process. It was pleasant, easy, and honestly, hands down the best experience I've had negotiating. While the manager was like any other sales guy, he was at least very personable, forward thinking, and made sure to meet my requirements. The Dealer, Jordan Garneau, was very friendly and accommodating of my 3 year old daughter... it could have turned out to be very interesting event, but really, it was fantastic the whole way through the process. Lastly comes finance - Me being prepared, I had walked in with a preapproval. I always use this as my leverage for buying power. While I did grant them the ability to request approval, they were respectful about the process and actually did a fantastic job about getting me a better rate! In the end, because of all things being worked out, I got my payment lower than my expectation, and I feel like a I got a really good deal. The process was easy, friendly, and quick. My experience today was questionable, however. Overall while I'm very pleased with the amount of work and effort they put into this deal, as well as the deal I had gotten, there was a bit of a discrepancy. I had gotten a call from the dealer saying they got me a better rate than what I had signed on (* WOW, now I'm in LOVE with these guys - like seriously, marching down the street telling strangers about how fantastic they are*) , all I needed to do was come in, sign the paper work, and walk off saving a few bucks a month.... When I got in to sign, unfortunately the numbers didn't match the last document I had signed. The price went up by about $800. This looks very shady - I can not deny - However, they were so fantastic the rest of the way through, I am going to chalk it up to a typo (which it probably was), enjoy my new car, and be on my merry way. Overall, great job Rairdon. I'm thrilled with the experience. Calling me back in so I can save money on my lower rate just made you better -- but please double check the paperwork :-) More
Fantastic! was in for service last week getting a routine oil change. As I walked thru there was a salesman sitting at his desk. He offered my daughter a balloon. I had noticed he was on crutches and went out of his way crutches and all to give me exceptional service. I can assure you that if your in the market and bring your family car shopping Matt Leavitt it the guy to see. Even tho i am not in the market for a vehicle I will definatley will work with him when im ready to uograde. Glad to see there's still gentlemen out there. More
