The second we walked in, Liana met us at the door and guided us through the process. Liana was super friendly and helpful, and the experience of buying a new car was actually kind of fun! I was expecting it to be intimidating and difficult. The financing manager we spoke with to close out the actual sale was friendly. She clearly tried to create a connection with me to upsell the packages like extended warranty. I did not like, however, that when my boyfriend left the room, her attitude and speaking toward him was somewhat negative. I think being more mindful and respectful would have benefitted that process. More
