i guess not all Subaru service departments are not bad I bought new 2015 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Puyallup so I was taking to Puyallup service department for everything, but after i realize they don't I bought new 2015 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Puyallup so I was taking to Puyallup service department for everything, but after i realize they don't take good care of customer's vehicle, I took my car into Subaru of Auburn, and made me realize how bad puyallup dealer service department was. I just bought a 2014 Outback from Mike Scarff Subaru in Auburn and can't tell you how easy and comfortable a transaction it was. Buying your first new car can be extremely nerve-wracking. I did my research and the price I got at Mike Scarff Subaru for my base model 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Premium was the best out of nerve-wracking. I did my research and the price I got at Mike Scarff Subaru for my base model 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Premium was the best out of any of the dealerships in Western Washington. Their Bottom-line Pricing was lower than what an average customer on Truecar.com and Carwoo.com paid. I contacted them beginning of December. Darren Schutz, who's the Internet Sales Manager at Mike Scarff, responded back. He answered every inquiry I had. Was extremely helpful every step of the way. Our car was in transit. We paid our deposit and our car came in ahead of time. Joel in the financing office worked us to get the paperwork ready and had us out of there in no time. Darren was never pushy and never upsold. He got us the best deal possible. If we ever need to buy another car, we'll definitely be going back to Mike Scarff Subaru of Auburn. :) More

BUT I do not plan to purchase a Subaru again because of the factorie's failure to address problems that I brought to their attention as well as their display of lack of concern for simple requests to keep me informed.
