Thank you for your private response to my complaint. We should make all responses public for everyone to see how ignorance of the dealership to their loyal customer. At least, it is not necessary for five stars on every review. First of all, I must stress out the unprofessional team of staffs and technicians in your dealership. I had a very unpleasant experience with your team this week. I have contacted Corporate Acura and they have advised me that your staff and technician had related false message regarding to my recall. It is impossible for them to say there is no remedy to my recall especially I have received the recall letter from Acura. And the most important message from the corporate office is that I am entitled to take my vehicle to any dealerships for any types of service regardless of recall or electrical issues. Therefore, your explanation was somewhat incorrect. I have also contacted several dealerships and they all knew about the recall and the homelink fix except RALLYE ACURA. Some dealerships already have the replacement part at the location. Your service team seems to be lack of the knowledge on those important recall and TSB issues. Fortunately, Corporate Acura has opened a case for me regarding to the denial of my service from your dealership. I hope your team will take this case seriously and maintain high level standard on how to serve every loyal customer.
