I was at RallyE twice for service for my 2008 TL a couple months ago. I had a phenomenal experience on both occasions!! The service consultant that worked with me was Mr. Chad Tammaro both times. He payed close attention to the details I provided and wrote down notes of exactly how I was experiencing the issues with my car. Chad explained everything to me from start to finish and proved himself to be a competent individual that provided me with an exceptional customer service experience. I give Mr. Tammaro complete credit for making my experience of having my car serviced at RallyE a memorably positive one. My wife and I went in to look at an MDX one Saturday afternoon. I liked that Chris immediately identified us as knowledgeable buyers and did not "put on a show". He was direct, honest and more importantly he was straight to the point. We were in and out of the dealership with a new MDX within 30 minutes. He knew the cars inside out, he knew the financing and leasing perfectly and ultimately was able to get a sale and keep us feeling great. He delivered the car to us and spent 30 minutes going through everything one by one a week later. Overall, great experience with the dealership (with both Chris and the finance manager too). More

I've been shopping for a sedan for a while have a baby on the way, I thought it would be impossible for them to make a deal that I would be satisfied with and to my surprised they make it happen offered me a good deal on my trade in and gave a good deal on an 2010 Acura tsx my only problem that bugs me is the scratch on the hood that I didn't notice but I'm happy with the car and the deal that was work out.
