I brought my car in for servicing at the time of my morning appointment and was willing to wait if the work was done in time for me to make a doctor's appointment that later that morning. Chad in his usual friendly way was able to get it done on time. He reviewed the bill with me and walked me over to the cashier and explained what was done, making sure that I understood it all.
