I'm just learning after the fact that my car was under warranty for services that I paid for over the past year. This is unacceptable, especially when I was not given given information about what needed t warranty for services that I paid for over the past year. This is unacceptable, especially when I was not given given information about what needed to happen when coming in for a service related to that part. How is something like this not in Acura's system when it was purchased directly through Rallye Acura? Now I am told that I need to go through the warranty to obtain reimbursement for services that go back nearly a year. My experiences had been good thus far, but I am now questioning whether I should return to Rallye Acura. More

Work the graveyard shift and when I drop off my car they have a rental ready for me to pick up into my car is done. Customer service was terrible and declined materially since I went to this dealership years ago. I scheduled an appt to get my car repaired and also booked a loaner car weeks in advanced. However the customer rep, Rich Wong, denied this ever happened even when I confirmed this later with the receptionist who saw this reservation in place. When I informed Rich he gave me such a lazy response and said there was nothing he could do. This guy is the worst -for a customer facing job he really is terrible at helping the customer, which is infuriating especially since he was in the wrong - he did zero to help this situation and was utterly indifferent (like he could care less attitude). He must really hate his job. In any case I left my car and went home without a loaner…usually in all my experiences I would get a status update in a span of a few hours. This guy didn’t bother to call me and I didn’t even get an update at the end of the day and was chasing people around trying to figure out when I would be able to get my car back. The next morning he told me that since I never scheduled an appt (absolute lie because it was confirmed in the system that I had made an appt weeks ago)y car couldn’t get looked at until the next day. Why did I even book an appt then? Furthermore he comes back later saying my oil pan needs repair or replacement and quoted me some outrageous price over $1000 for an oil pan!!! I told he let me just pick up my xxxx car - Rich seemed like he could care less and didn’t even bother remedy the problem. This guy must really hate his job. I spoke with a manager and although he was super apologetic he didn’t offer to really make things right either. Never going back to this place again- man what a decline in service - bunch of crooks too More
