My best BMW dealer experience to date Ok, I have only dealt with one other BMW dealer. The difference between the two was black and white. The service appointment went perfectly, nothing more to say about it. During the visit, I asked for a copy of my vehicle's service records. Within a week, I received the records via email. In addition to the maintenance records, my SA provided a list of the active warranties for my vehicle. Awesome. This information is very important to me. For these reasons, Rallye is my preferred dealer. More
