Organized and professional Had an appointment to bring car for service and when I arrived there was a long queue. Sat in my car and a few minutes later someone took my name and Had an appointment to bring car for service and when I arrived there was a long queue. Sat in my car and a few minutes later someone took my name and put a tag in my car. Then I was told to pull into the service/waiting area and someone came over with an ipad took down my info and why I brought the car in for and helped set me up for a loaner. In minutes I was taken to the loaner and off I went. To sum it up, it was fairly quick and service was top notch. Everything moved along smoothly. Picking my car up was the same, fast and courteous. Although I was disappointed with a couple of minor last-minute pricing issues upon delivery of my latest BMW, I have nevertheless come to expect some disappointments... which has been true over the years at just about every dealership, regardless of brand... I guess you can't have everything exactly the way you hope for! Notwithstanding, Rallye has been mostly great and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a BMW!! And I will do business with them again!! More
