I am proud of how far I have come since joining the automotive industry, learning a great deal over the years. Customers enjoy working with me because of my honesty, loyalty, and dedication to the needs of others. I have won two awards for best customer service at the dealership. I grew up in Roslyn Heights, NY and attended SUNY Old Westbury. Like to travel whenever I have the time. Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and California are some of the amazing places I have traveled to. One of my favorite hobbies is surfing – I’ve been surfing for over 10 years now. Helping others is my true passion. I paid for a diagnostic test that was totally incorrect. The day I picked my car up from the dealership, I didn't make it home. It overheated. I was told I had a belt and tensioner issue that was causing th The day I picked my car up from the dealership, I didn't make it home. It overheated. I was told I had a belt and tensioner issue that was causing the whining noise under my hood. I was denied a tow truck back to the dealership and left stranded. I was told it wasn't their fault even though the car was misdiagnosed! $399 down the drain! That day I had to get to the nearest repair shop to repair what they said was the problem , it cost me over $1500 with parts and labor come to find out it wasn't the problem!!! It was the water pump and thermostat! I've been going back and forth for months with the general manager who agreed to reimburse me for everything I paid to get the situation corrected and he's been playing phone games and trying to hard ball me for over a month now! I'm highly dissatisfied and I will be reaching out to corporate if this matter is not resolved expeditiously! More
