Horrific customer service The process of buying my x5 was excellent . 24 hours we had a deal done. That is we’re it ended. Originally we were told the car would be in within a week. It took 3 weeks to receive and required me to call multiple times to get a date. Salesman response was - “ it takes time , there must have been a misunderstanding “. The short of it is I was expecting it the week before Xmas and got it 2 weeks late. Now we are waiting for the all weather mats , they were due the 1st week of January. Multiple calls to the saleman Len have gone unanswered along with emails. I might just have to walk into the dealership to get a response This is a $65k car - I should have gone to Freeport instead of Rally. More

Not great luck with them so far Car wash took off a piece of the car which kept me there for even longer after a ridiculously long visit to start with. Second visit they did not do Car wash took off a piece of the car which kept me there for even longer after a ridiculously long visit to start with. Second visit they did not do the things they said they did. Within 24 hours my warning lights came on for wiper fluid and tire pressure on all tires. I was told to bring the car in at 630AM which I did only to find out the tech does not arrive until after 7. More
