the service was not good. The communication was not good. I had the same issue a few months ago and brought my car in. I was advised that it would cost me to have them invest The communication was not good. I had the same issue a few months ago and brought my car in. I was advised that it would cost me to have them investigate why my passenger seat light is on. They told me that I must have spilled something on the seat. I told them that I am the only person that drives the car and that I never spilled anything. So I left. A month later, it was pouring outside and when I got in the car, I saw that there was a leak from the roof via the light about the visor. Now, I am not a car expert, but I can't imagine I am the first person with this issue. So i had to bring the car back again. I was not provided with the same vehicle, and I have young children. It was a HUGE hassle, and their communication with me was not good, at all. I really like the car, but I will think twice before leasing another BMW- and I currently have two BMWs from this company. Also, it takes forever for someone to get on the phone and if whomever was working on your vehicle is not there, nobody can give you any information, and nobody ever calls you back. I work full time and this was a real inconvenience, and frankly, the manager in charge of when I first brought the vehicle in was rude, and we had words. i do not know his name- so I can't tell you. But I am not happy at all with ppl in charge. The men at the actual service center are always very kind. however, they supposedly washed the car, and it was such a below par job- I guess since it was a curtesy, they didn't have to vacum. More
