I did request that the chairs be replaced in the sales area since people need to sit while waiting - apparently the new owner disagrees- this is not a good customer experience Here is your problem, BMW Financial stinks . Did my paperwork, went back in 2 days to pick up my new car. EVERYTHING was done for me including the transfer of my personal items from one car to the next. There was a dedicated gentleman who walked me through all the features of the car, step by step and did not leave until I was comfortable. Rallye BMW is GREAT!!! More
New car purchase ( Lease) I bought my new 2018 BMW X3 from Rally BMW. Joe Cavero was courteous and I did recommend him to my nephew and he also did buy his 2018 BMW X5. Both I bought my new 2018 BMW X3 from Rally BMW. Joe Cavero was courteous and I did recommend him to my nephew and he also did buy his 2018 BMW X5. Both were leased from Rallye. But while picking up the new car, np one in the sales team, Brian Cano ( the sales rep) or Joe Cavero. told me that I would be responsible for any Lease end expenses from BMW Financial Services. I was shocked and uttlerly surprised to receive the bill from BMW finalcial services for $2400 for damaged tire and some scratches on the hood ( ?) and Bumper (?) No one made me aware that the tire was damaged ! I drove the car to the dealership to surrender while picking up the new car. Me and my wife were together dropping off the old one and picking up the new one ! If someone had clearly mentioned and pointed out the damages while taking the car from me and made me aware that I would be responsible for the repair cost and that I have the option to correct the damages, I wouldn't be taken by shock and surprise and I could have weighed my options before surrendering the car. This practice (Or Mal-practice ?) of keeping the customers in dark about these charges in the zeal of making a sale is not appreciated. In absence of such honest disclosure, Rallye should take some responsibilities and inform their customers in advance. I do not want other customers to go through the same experiences.
