Basic 1yr/10k Service Maintenance Came in for the 1 yr/10k service on the 2018 430i. Setting up an appointment and service was quick and easy as expected for what is really just an oil Came in for the 1 yr/10k service on the 2018 430i. Setting up an appointment and service was quick and easy as expected for what is really just an oil change. They were attentive to my request of not having the car washed which I appreciate. Unfortunately I was denied a wiper blade replacement despite having purchased the extended maintenance warranty. Will have to follow up to see if this could be resolved. However the immediate feeling I got from the tone of the service advisor was along the lines of "we won't go above and beyond to do anything for you" so I would say this is your average dealership for service. More
