It was all about themselves My initial experience was good but as I went to pick up my car it was all down hill. I was hounded by my salesman to get my insurance in acting like it was my fault and called repeatedly at work. They abused my trade in Porsche right infront of my which really makes me not want to service my car there again. After I gave them some feedback on how they should act infront of a customer I found boogers in my cupholder and smeared along the Idrive knob, windshield and center channel speaker cover. I was very unimpressed with my process. More

Not only did he take my 26 year old car on a trade in, he honored the trade in quote and sold me the most amazing car that was custom ordered directly from the factory and threw in several freebies. And to my surprise, the car was delivered 10 days ahead of schedule! Unheard of in this field. Gabe was friendly, honest, genuine and went above and beyond to satisfy. I am 100 percent satisfied which is very rare because I am admittedly high maintenance and difficult to deal with. I had zero problems with Gabriel.
