He was very professional, better than a regular salesman, courteous and 'very' careful and took time of his work and also on his day's off to follow up (very religiously! - this something you hardly find in most the younger salesmen out there) to get all the necessary information. He is a great guy to work with and astoundingly dedicated to his customer "Care". answered all questions, if he did not know, he would get the answers for me.
