Excellent experience I had purchased a 335xi from Richard Isaac while he was a Sales Advisor at BMW of Manhattan. I had been trying to setup an appointment for a simple Inspection, and to give my car a once over to make sure everything was still running correctly on my vehicle; however it was difficult to get an appointment that would work around my busy schedule. I had tried to reach Richard to try to accommodate me but was told that he was no longer there. I had asked other Sales Agents there that i had met through him and was told that he was now at Rallye BMW. Being from Queens and hearing the good reviews of Rallye, I decided to look him up to see if he would be able to get me a service time for my vehicle that worked for me and of course it was not an issue. He set me up for an appointment early in the morning the following week with David O'Neill. As soon as I drove into the immaculate Service Area, i was greeted by a number of Service Advisors, one of which was David. David quickly wrote me up, and informed me the total time was going to take between an hour to an hour and a half and said that i would be able to wait in the area. where beverages and small snacks were provided. They even provide a television and newspaper to help pass the time. I however, had to check and reply to emails, which was much easier since they provide free WiFi if needed. By the time that I could do some actual work, David called me stating that my car was ready, well within the approximate time given to me earlier. I believe that i was there a total of 45 mins from when i first entered the service area. When i purchased my vehicle 2 years ago, Richard told me that he takes pride in providing customers with excellent service because it is the after sale that counts. I was fearing that since I had purchased the vehicle at a different dealership, I would have issues being serviced elsewhere, but with the service Richard and David provided me, I can see that the statement that Richard told me is true. I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle from Richard and the good folks at Rallye BMW and would highly recommend to my friends and family. -Alex Mendoza More

The Advisor is just as important as the dealership. This is the third BMW I've bought from Richard Isaac. I followed him to Rallye BMW. Moved from Manhattan BMW to Rallye BMW Rich Isaac was my salesperson from Manhattan BMW for many years. After 2 X5's, we decided to try Audi but after that lease ended, we knew that nothin Rich Isaac was my salesperson from Manhattan BMW for many years. After 2 X5's, we decided to try Audi but after that lease ended, we knew that nothing would compare to the customer we received from Rich. We were saddened by the fact that Rich left Manhattan BMW and even more disappointed by the decline in service at the dealership. When we found out he was at Rallye BMW, we were not thrilled about having to drive from Manhattan to LI for service but now I realize that it was well worth the trip. Even though Rich was the salesman for my 2014 X6, he made sure he connected me to a great service advisor at Rallye, David O'Neil. Throughout the service process, Rich continued to check up on how everything was going. As an added perk, they even gave me a 2014 750 Li for a courtesy loaner! I have no regrets and will continue to make the drive to LI from Manhattan for any service needed on my car. More

Another great experience with Rallye I leased a new BMW from Bert Vargas. This was my 3rd lease with Bert. Although I live in FL, Bert & Rallye gave me the best price by far of any FL de I leased a new BMW from Bert Vargas. This was my 3rd lease with Bert. Although I live in FL, Bert & Rallye gave me the best price by far of any FL dealership and made it worth my while to come up to NY to get my new BMW. One the way up I hit a pothole and blew out a tire. Amazingly I made it more than 150 miles on the run-flat. Bert set me up with John Birro to have the tire replaced under insurance and he promptly took care of the tire and also the lease-end return of my old BMW. John called me every step of the way to let me know the status of my old BMW. Not only did Bert give me a great lease price on a new BMW, he took me to look at it before it was prep'd to make sure everything was ok, and then gave me his own personal car to use for the following 24 hours while they repaired the tire on my old BMW and set up my new BMW. That's the kind of service that makes you want to come back and work with Bert in another 3 years when my lease is up. I spent time with Aja Dewling and she reviewed some dealer add-ons with me (window tinting, wheel & tire insurance, paint sealer, etc.). She explained everything in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner. She made it very clear she was there to give you all available options but not pressure you into taking them. And when I picked up the car the following day she stopped by to say hello and wish me luck with the new car. That kind of effort makes you feel really welcome at Rallye. My new BMW was ready right on schedule and Bert, as usual, had all of the paperwork set up for my signature. Bert took care of my insurance and transfer of license plates and then also made up a special paperwork package for the in-transit situation just in case I was stopped driving the car back to FL. He also made sure that someone was available to review all of the options in the car with me as soon as I got there (and she did a great job - very knowledgeable and pleasant) so I didn't have to wait around. There was nothing that Bert didn't have a complete handle on throughout this entire process, from quoting me a price to writing up the order, which was all done over the phone in only 2 calls. He got me the information so I could track the car from Germany to the US and kept my informed via email of its progress. And the turnover of my old lease to the pickup of the new one couldn't have been smoother even with the fact that I needed a tire repaired during the process. I would definitely recommend Rallye BMW, and Bert in particular, to any of my friends looking for a new car. More

At that time, he always made it a point for any interaction with BMW to be as seamless as possible. Even after trying out Audi for 3 years, I made it a point to see Rich again to purchase my 2014 BMW X6 because I knew I would be getting top of the line service. Unfortunately, Rich transferred to Rallye BMW and since I live in Manhattan I didn't know how feasible it would be for me to go to Long Island for service. But I slowly realized the decrease in overall quality of service at the Manhattan location. I made the trip out to Rallye BMW and I have absolutely no regrets. Rich made sure all of my concerns were addressed thoroughly and put me in touch with a wonder service advisor. I even got a 2014 750 LI as a service loaner. I was updated throughout regarding the condition of my car by my service advisor and by Rich as well. Even though he is in sales, he cared enough to check on my service issues. I was very impressed and will continue to make the trip out to LI from Manhattan for my service issues and to eventually get another BMW once my current lease is up. More

Five Star Service like nothing else I've experienced The moment you reach the dealership, you're greeted by their flat screens and their hostess. It was so organized. Bret Hines was the gentleman that took care of me as it was my first service. He was very friendly and thorough. I've never experienced another service center like this. It was expected for BMW. Purchasing my car was also a first class experience. If I can recommend Rich Isaac to anyone considering a BMW, I ceratainly would. He is highly knowledgable and helped me choose the right car for my lifestyle. I am so happy with my X1, I'll never own another brand again. He helped me with my purchase in Manhattan and I am so glad he made the switch to Brush Hollow in Westbury, it's much more convenient and is a lovelier dealership. Big points for RIch, he did NOT, I repeat, NOT make me feel like a "dumb girl" buying a car alone. He treated me with respect and was up front about everything. Although BMW of Manhattan is where we’ve been doing business for over 10yrs and is closer to our home in Westchester, once we heard Rich switched over to Rallye BMW we had to contact him. As always his professionalism, courteous attitude, BMW knowledge and passion for the brand made it an easy decision to replace our 2011 X3 and lease a 2014 BMW from Rich. And even though we now have to drive double the distance to Rallye, Rich Isaac and his new dealership are definitely worth it. The facility is beautiful, every employee extends warm greetings the minute you walk into the showroom and not to mention some of the customer amenities (bistro, wi-fi, children’s playroom) they provide. Rich also introduced us to Richard DeAngelo (New Car Sales Manager) & Aja Dewling (Business Manager), they both welcomed us to the Rallye family. The delivery specialist valued our time when showing us the features of our new vehicle. This now our 7th BMW from Rich Isaac and will definitely not be our last from him. I called at least 5 dealerships for a 2014 X5 diesel and even though no one had anything to show me, they were they only dealership to call me to follow up on my interest and to schedule a test drive. The others (all in the New York City surrounding regions) didn't even return my calls. In the end, I got lucky that a customer canceled his order and I was lucky to avoid the 2 month wait. Bill Wagner was great to work with. Highly recommended here. More
