Annual Service I had brought all three BMWs in for their Annual Service and have always been content with the service and the courtesy presented to me by the staff. I had brought all three BMWs in for their Annual Service and have always been content with the service and the courtesy presented to me by the staff. Regardless of whether or not my truck is 10 years old or 4 years old, each vehicle is very well attended to and the same care and concern is provided to each one. The Service Advisor does not push unnecessary maintenance and whatever gets done is done properly. I have had $100 services and $10000 services (horrible valve seals on the V8) but every service was done properly without the necessity to return for secondary visits to repair the same problems. For this reason I have been a Rallye customer for almost 20 years. Always a pleasure to work with Carol! And Scott is just a long time friend! More
