Bmw was having a bad customer service moment No call to update on my car, no call to let me know my car was towed to location. I was told that they had the incorrect number though I was there jus No call to update on my car, no call to let me know my car was towed to location. I was told that they had the incorrect number though I was there just two weeks earlier for a service. When I received the car it still had a flat. The service attendant gave me back my car still with the flat. Like how did he not notice? Just a bad day for bmw. Was very disappointed. More

Fantastic service I needed to have my car inspected quickly. When the technician noticed the check engine light was on upon drop-off, Adam arranged for me to have a loa I needed to have my car inspected quickly. When the technician noticed the check engine light was on upon drop-off, Adam arranged for me to have a loaner car within minutes so I would not be inconvenienced. Everything was taken care of quickly and the professional courtesy is fantastic. The service here is always impeccable. Adam makes it so easy to have work don't on your car, it really is a pleasure. Whirl wind of a service Brought it in for routine maintenance, seat heater repair, console clip repair and a headlight LED repair. This took well over 2 weeks to correct. The representative was excellent at communicating but it seems like getting the vehicle fixed and corrected was low on the priority. Also, BMW typically will vacuum out the interior and wash exterior prior to returning the car to the owner. Third row and trunk area were never touched and I also found a broken piece of interior trim plastic on the passenger floor. All around this visit was a hot mess. More
