superior service I came in to check my tire pressure because my sensors were all off because of the cold weather, and my service rep Raphael C. was awesome and attenti I came in to check my tire pressure because my sensors were all off because of the cold weather, and my service rep Raphael C. was awesome and attentive, when you say 90 minutes for a returned car, you mean it. I noticed the hitch plate on the back of the car was missing when I got home, called Raphael the next morning, said to come over, and he'll have it for me. I didn't even pull into the bay, and he came running out, with a bag, and pulled out the plate, re-installed it, and off I went in not even 5 minutes. Thank you, thank you for the convenience.
