Worst dealership experience ever I went to Rallye on July 26th, 2018 to get my vehicle serviced. The technician assured me that servicing would only take about an hour, and also told I went to Rallye on July 26th, 2018 to get my vehicle serviced. The technician assured me that servicing would only take about an hour, and also told me that the service documents would be sent to me via email. I signed my car return papers on the same day, as I was promised that my car would be serviced on that day. I didn't receive any notification or communication from the service department on that day nor the day after, so I called Rallye on July 30th, 2018. The technician told me the service member was working on the documentation and that I should receive it by the end of the business day on July 30th, 2018. I didn't receive any updates, so I called again and was able to speak to the specific service technician who was supposed to service my car. He informed me that the dealership lost the keys to my car, which caused a delay in the service. He said as of July 31st, 2018 that my vehicle has still not received the service as promised on July 26th, 2018. Nobody in the service department thought to contact me to inform me of the delay and the issues that had occurred. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to, and the most I have had to follow up with any company for anything. More
