The service at Rallye is superior as always. Usually I have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one of our cars, we should bring it in the next morning and he would take care of it. From the moment I pulled my car into the bays,spoke with the greeters and then with Matt,the BMW experience was professional as ever.They gave me a loaner car and within 15-20 minutes I was on my way home. About 3 hours later my own car was ready. Thank you for your terrific service and professionalism. More
