Extremely Satisfied My wife and I explored different Lexus dealerships around Queens and dedicated an entire day to the process. We had initially gone to the dealership in Great Neck and after speaking to their sales and management, we weren't satisfied with the price that we were getting from them. We had driven to Rallye Lexus and we should've just came here from the start. We were paired up with Robert Heyman and let me tell you, this guy Bob was absolutely brilliant. He took care of us and answered all the questions that we had. My wife and I already knew which car we wanted and we had gotten the quote from Great Neck Lexus already. Bob was able to beat their price by 3 thousand (same make and model, and features) ! Yes, you read that right! Bob has over 30 years experience in the industry and his calm demeanor and attitude shows. There was absolutely no pressure. My wife and I were happy with the price that we were offered and we're happy to say that we're driving a new 2020 Lexus RX 350 F Sport. Bob made sure the whole experience was a positive one and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Josh Weiss dealt with our finance and tried to get us the absolute best rates he could. Unfortunately, we didn't go with the banks that he offered since we were able to get a much better APR privately. However, he was easy to talk with and didn't pressure us to buy any additional warranties that we did not want or need. We haven't dealt with the service department yet but if it's anything like our experience with Bob and Josh, we're expecting great things in the future! More

I specifically informed Maria Giovanniello, who checked me in on January 6, 2020 at 7:20 AM, that I wanted the fall leaves that had apparently blown inside the front grille to be removed. This was not done. Either she or the service technician did not take my request seriously. My home in Hewlett is a long drive from Glen Cove, and it is not an easy drive to Rallye Lexus. Because of the way I was treated, I will now think twice about conducting business at Rallye Lexus.. More
