We are sorry your visit did not go as planned. We strive to make every transaction here pleasant and easy. We understand that you placed a deposit on the vehicle sight unseen and did not want to provide any additional information until you saw the vehicle in person. Although that is completely understandable, it does allow room for miscommunication and confusion of our processes. Lexus does not offer any special rates on the GS model line, unfortunately, so we did not deviate from the CPO guidelines at all. We also, as with most businesses, do not accept personal checks. We tried to accommodate by allowing more than our maximum limit on a credit or debit card, but in the end, that still did not meet your expectations.
