My car is only one year old and still under warranty, I had issue with gas tank that wouldn’t open twice in gas station, I had to get help from them so door was opened in wrong direction because it wouldn’ had issue with gas tank that wouldn’t open twice in gas station, I had to get help from them so door was opened in wrong direction because it wouldn’t open from the right, so when I went for service , I informed them and service person was very rude and with loud voice argue with me that I damaged the door and I have to pay for it, I said I am not paying a penny , is manufacturer defect and don’t fix it if I have to pay, there was another guy in there , I guess was manager , quietly said something to him, later on he came and said we will fix it, no apology , I would never and ever will go to ralley Lexus for service, I have no complain about the service that they did on my car it customer service is 0 More
