I’ve been coming to Rallye Lexus since 2006. I currently OWN my 2nd LEXUS vehicle. I currently have 141,000-miles and it runs like a well-oiled machine. This location is sooo professional with outstanding Service Consultants. Mike Reidy was the MASTER Service Consultant for my 11/8 service. He came in on his day OFF to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly. The dedication he has for his customers is AMAZING! As always, I had a lovely visit during my recent service call at Rallye Lexus. I was helped immediately. Offered coffee or water. I chose to sit outside in a nice shady area and had a conversation with anot call at Rallye Lexus. I was helped immediately. Offered coffee or water. I chose to sit outside in a nice shady area and had a conversation with another customer who told me she just brought in her car for a free wash! Who knew??!! Anyway, before I knew it, my car was ready. It was a complimentary 10,000 mile tune-up. My car was shiny clean and my new friend and I drove away, happy customers. It could not have been better. As usual, First Rate!! More
