While from the moment I drove my car in for maintenance to the end, the service has been impeccable, it was unknown to me that there was a charge for my maintenance as the service advisor NEVER discussed a to the end, the service has been impeccable, it was unknown to me that there was a charge for my maintenance as the service advisor NEVER discussed any prices with me. So when I went to pick up my car, I was embarrassed to find out that there was a pending charge I needed to pay. The service advisor kept saying he did discuss prices, but why would I be lying in this situation? If I had known I needed to pay, I would obviously remember something like this. This is such a horrible experience but I ended up paying anyways because the service was already completed. The rest of the team were nice and friendly, it's just this payment was never mentioned. Please be aware and always ask if there's a charge. More
