This was Not a Good Experience Thank God I Had a insurance Policy . I even went out of my way to write a 5 Star review in Regards to the service so I am Just going to Be Honest . The Car only Has 95000.00 Miles on it and should not even be a Factor considering How Much these Cars cost . Rally Motors Had the Car for One Month as also another factor was we had to wait for Parts . Not Good . We Brought the car in for a Check engine Light and with all of the repairs and Billing and there was over 6000.00 worth of Parts and Labor . Here we are just a Month Later and again The Check Engine Light went on and The Engine Shook . You would think for such a Overpriced Car and in this case a Over priced Dealer the work would have been done correctly the First Time . One Month without a car even though they provided a rental is Insane . They Did Not Fix the car the way they should Have . It is a Benz and while there sales might be high and of course over priced it is sad that they lack the knowledge to Fix There own Cars . Never Again . I only Had the car a Month and local driving before the Lights came back on . Never again More

Also a pleasure speaking with Gene Acker, Business Manager, who was able to provide additional insight into making the right selection. Stephen Paladino, Delivery Specialist, is extremely well informed and provided a detailed demonstation of the car's technology. Delivery is a critical part of the process given the state of technology in current MB vehicles. Stephen took time to explain the features and demonstrate the functions while exhibiting a friendly and personable demeanor. Over the course of three leases and over five years, I can say that all personnel encountered at Rallye have been efficient and professional. Keep up the good work! More
