Service office waiting area is not premium match to Benz even Lexus environment is better . Technician didn’t find out about the issue customer complaint. Sent in vehicle for 1 day issued not fixed . Issued fixed by customer self is from the control system. Technician has not fully knowledge of the system. Should provide a car cleaning volunteering, get back car with same condition. BMW will returned in clean and ready condition for customer even that is not service request . As a Mercedes customer I did not receive any premium experience in the service but we paid extremely high price for the vehicle expecting an excellent after service.
