They were unable to fix, but did everything they could. Rallye is great. Mercedes Benz manufacturing standards collapsing to lows not reflective of their nameplate is the huge problem. More

I was told to arrive and come pick up my car at the shop on a day when it wasn’t even ready. I left work in an Uber to go pick up my car only to find out that there was a lot of miscommunication within the on a day when it wasn’t even ready. The girl that I was speaking with wasn’t even there when I arrived and was told she left for the day. When I arrived to the shop on the day it was finally ready, I never received any kind of apology for the mishap from her. The situation wasn’t even acknowledged. More
