I am always pleased with the service at Rallye. When I pulled into the service area, I was immediately greeted when I got out of my car and when I entered into the service building, Rob was there waiting pulled into the service area, I was immediately greeted when I got out of my car and when I entered into the service building, Rob was there waiting for me with my paperwork. Rob and I spoke about the issues with the car, and the services I needed performed. Once done, I was quickly given a loaner, a GLK. When Rob called me a few hours later to tell me my car needed to stay overnight, I came back in to change my loaner to a more gas friendly car and this was no issue for the people at Rallye. They were kind and understanding. Rob called me on a daily basis to let me know the status of my car, and even when he was out of the office, he had someone call me to give me an update. When I finally picked up my car a few days later, it was clean and good as new. I also noticed that they painted over a small ding in my bumper, which I knew was there but hadn't even requested that they cover. I was quite pleased not just with the work on the car, but also with the customer service provided. I can't imagine going any place else to have my C class services. I was able to get the appointment that I wanted at the time I wanted. Vehicle was done quickly. I was able to get a loaner car quickly in order to carry out my buisness for the day. The Service Advisor had all the informaiton needed to get my vehicle it current service and recomended all work. He even check the tread depth. Lastly the Car came back cleaner than I left it. More

I am ALWAYS pleased with the level of service I receive at Rallye, both in service and body shop departments. Two employees that are head above everyone else are Rob Carlson and John Kunar, they probably are the real reason I am that pleased with Rallye. They both have gone above and beyond throughout the years and it is rare in a service business to have such valued employees - please make certain to acknowledge that - they truly are an asset!!
