The Service at Rallye Mercedes has always been outstanding. I have bee dealing with Rallye for the past 10 years, and have leased 3 Mercedes Benz vehicles from them. Russ is a pleasure to work with. His customer service is excellent and personal. I found it unusual to require a replacement of the fuel line, as a result of my check engine light on,since my car is a 2005 excellent and personal. I found it unusual to require a replacement of the fuel line, as a result of my check engine light on,since my car is a 2005 C240 with 48000 miles and not covered under warranty. I do appreciate the discount given to me. Also a disappointment is that both the interior top door handles have come out of the socket. Mercedes has a reputation of producing well built cars. I am the only driver and most of the time in the car by myself and take pride in the appearance of my car. This and previos cars ahve always been serviced by Rallye. This has not been repaired as I did not want to incur another expense. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my thoughts. Carole Eskalyo More

We scheduled an appointment for our Mercedes Sprinter a week ago for standard "B"service and wheel alignment. We arrived for our 7am appointment and were told it might take 4 hours. After 4 hours we were i week ago for standard "B"service and wheel alignment. We arrived for our 7am appointment and were told it might take 4 hours. After 4 hours we were informed they did not have a gas filter so that could not be done and the wheel alignment would be done shortly. We were constantly told "almost" from 4 hours to 7 hours. I have never been so insulted with the excuses and lies. The last time we had this same service done on the vehicle in Alaska it only took 2.5 hours. More

There was an intermittent noise when the car accelerated from zero to ten miles/hour. They go it it fixed even though it took three attempts. The net results were excellent. I called your office to report a tire shredding while driving. I explained the circumstances to a gentleman by phone. He admitted they were unique and said "don't worry, We can take care of it". They were very unhelpful and unsympathetic. The tire pressure alarm came on and I turned around to proceed to a location to check my tire. I maybe went less than 5 miles when my tire shred completely and came off. I ended up changing the spare myself and wanted Mercedes to inspect the damaged tire(what was left of it) and make good by replacing it. I made my expectations clear and was asured to simply bring it in. I ended up driving on the donut spare on a parkway more than 15 miles from my home to Ralley Motors for what I thought was a free tire repair. When I got there.. it was THEN that they imformed me Mercedes does not cover tire damage and I would need to pay for a new one and for the service. I could have gotten a new tire for 1/2 the price of what I paid without the $40 service fee! I spent an extra $140 using your service dept along with at least 1 -2 hours of wait and drive time. The receptionist and appointment people were unhelpful and misleading. I question whether I will ever use Ralley again for either service, lease or sales! More
