Terrible Experience I was working with Terry Freeman from Ramey Ford Princeton and I got the impression that he was not attempting to help me. His emails were vague and did not give me information so I felt he was just saying anything to just get me to go on or to do the bare minimum because I was not a perfect, ideal customer with a 800 credit score. The next morning I emailed to inform him that I was going with another dealership that felt that were more willing to help me and he replied with a very childish remark that stated: "Terry Freeman at Ramey Ford Princeton Thu, Sep 20, 11:20 AM (6 days ago) to me OK thats fine with me I was also able to get you a loan worked out this morning on a NEW car. I told you I would try to get you the most worked out I could. Sorry I didnt answer you quick enough!!! Thank you Terry Freeman Sales Manager / Special Finance He then ignored my follow-up emails where I apologized and he not responded to me at all. This is very unprofessional and clearly shows that he was not worried about losing a potential customer. I made three clear attempts to tell him I was sorry and no response. Ramey, I would make sure he doesn't interact too much with the public. I live very close and will make it clear to not work with this individual if anyone is to ask or if I hear of anyone wishing to go to this location. I have left a poor review on Cars Direct and any other site that contains Ramey Princeton information, I will do the same. I wish I did not have to give one star. More

I also love that he is completely transparent... you know exactly what you are getting. No hush, hush about trade in amount, vehicle prices, etc. It's all about you and making sure your needs are met...as well as your wants. You will not be disappointed visiting LT! More
