"Flat tire repair "

I got a flat tire after the service center had closed therefor I was unable to make an appointment for the following day. When I got it to be serviced I was under the impression that I am supposed to get a loaner whenever it is brought to service. Although when I dropped the car off I was informed that I need an appointment for a loaner and they are not provided of weekends. This does not make any sense especially because getting a flat tire is not something that a service can be predicted. I was very disappointed with the service

"Given misinformation "

When I initially called to schedule an oil change and to fix a recall, I was informed that they did not cover the first oil change. I also had my service appt delayed because I specifically asked to have a Stelvio as my loaner car so I was given an appt date based on availability of a Stelvio loaner car. When I arrived for the appt, I was informed that the first oil change was covered and I was given a Cherokee as my loaner. I was not happy about receiving misinformation and about not receiving the Stelvio. I asked for the Stelvio specifically because I may want it to be my next car so I was disappointed to have received a Cherokee. I’ve had a Jeep in the past and I am not a fan of them. Overall, staff at the Ramsey service center were friendly and knowledgeable. I just wish I was given the correct information from my initial call and given the loaner car that I was promised.

Our loaner vehicles are extremely scarce (we are working on this) and unfortunately, we sometimes do not have the capability of promising a specific vehicle to loan out. We apologize if this was not clear or if there was any miscommunication on our part. We hope that you will return to us in the future for an even better experience.

I have to say I have bought many cars from many dealerships but have never been to one that handled my problem as did Ramsey. I owe must of it to Joan Murphy, Service Advisor. I had a broken horn and the dealership I bought it from in Bridgewater basically was not interested in my problem. I bought a Fiat Spyder from Ramsey so I was familiar with them. I called the service department and Joan took my call. I explained I had no horn and told me to bring it in and they would take a look being at it. As she said it was a danger driving without a phone. I came right up, saw Joan, filled out some papers and said I could wait upstairs while they looked. 30 minutes later she said it was something they would have to pull out the whole front end to see what was wrong. I needed a loaner and they were able to give me one for a future date being I was going to be traveling for a few weeks. I was able to get the loaner being I bought the other Fiat there. Anyway came in a few weeks later, got the loaner. The car needed a new horn and it was a great customer care experience. I think Joan is the greatest in the way she handled the whole process and whatever she gets paid is not enough. Thank you Joan.

"My car was dropped off on Monday and I did not get it back T"

I understand the shop doesn't have Alfa technicians on hand, hence the need to book an appointment in advance. However, when I dropped my car off in Monday I was told it would be a two day appointment. When I dropped by the shop on Wednesday my car still wasn't ready and I had to call in Thursday even to get a status update. In addition I was told that it was normal to need a $1,500 front and rear brake job after only 26,500 miles with the vehicle, which just seems ridiculous. So overall it was a very poor service experience.
