I recently got a new Mazda 3 sedan through a broker-dealer, and the experience was great. Ramsey Mazda delivered the car within a timely manner and was as competitive with pricing as could be. The gentleman who delivered the car, I can’t remember his name at the moment, was a complete professional. He went above and beyond to explain all of the paperwork to me and to congratulate me on my new car. We even chatted for a few minutes about life. He was awesome. Some of the reps I’ve dealt with at the actual dealership on the sales side are a bit off putting and can work on their attitude when speaking to customers. Other than that, good experience. More
