Unecessary sales pressure and they move WAY to slowly I buy new cars constantly. This was one of the more painful dealer experiences and not an acceptable representation of the Mazda brand if you really I buy new cars constantly. Telling us to go faster on the test drive was completely ridiculous. To the salesman's credit I was able to do most of the deal over the phone with little haggling. Charlie the sales guy was quick to respond and polite despite his random push to break the speed limit and go way to fast on the test drive. We were there to drive the car and let it sell itself, not listen to you talk. Aside from that Charlie was fine. The finance guy at the end Donovan Lau was a complete sleaze. The first time I decline your proprietary warranty should be the last time you try to sell it to me. Having to say no 8 times is unacceptable. I came in to buy a car, not an insurance product I don't need. The time it took to do this was outlandish. I don't want to spend 4.5 hours with my own family let alone some dealership goons. More

The facility (look and appearance) and the 2 nice ladies at the service desk are really the only good things I have to say. I could pretty much write a novella about my overall negative experience at Ramsey Mazda, the few characters I dealt with, getting the numbers wrong, the hard sale on the car and the extended that didn't cover the one sole thing they knew I was especially concerned about and the issues that followed. Things I was told (goodwill repair after discovering ~20 dings on the roof- CX-5- yeah I'm on the shorter side..on and after day of delivery) versus what ended up happening (a free oil change and essentially a middle finger) but rather than go into even more painful detail I'll simply say that I'll never step foot in this slipshod operation again, ever and will advise others (lots of people ask me about cars, Mazdas specifically) to do the same. Discourteous, unprofessional, aggressive, then unresponsive post sale and sadly after all was said and done.. just dishonest. More
